Last year I had my side gate replaced by your firm (as did my next-door neighbour - we had it done as one job) and now I am writing to enquire as to which is the best wood preservative to use, as the man who fitted it said it should be coated once a year. The two men who did the job were very efficient and helpful by even suggesting a slight alteration to one panel to stop soil from the garden behind mine from rotting my fence.
